Looking for a helpful app for my students

Hi r/education, I'm looking for a smartphone/web app for my students that can track their educational progress.

My school is an early college high school, which means students can earn both a high school diploma AND an associate's degree at no cost. But to do this, they have to take lots of dual-enrollment courses, which can make their schedules quite hectic.

They talk to their advisors regularly to make sure they are on the right track, but I personally thought it would be helpful if they could check their progress at a glance so they know what classes they still need, how far along they are, etc.

I would like an app that can track courses, grades, and assignments, as well as graduation progress, if possible. And of course, free is always better!

Do any of you use any such apps at your schools, or maybe have heard of something similar?
