Questions about education in America for foreigner student

I'm a foreigner and would like to get an education in America. But I have a few questions:

1. Should I enter America after my school, or should I graduate from a University in my country?

2. Most American universities require high grades from school. Is this the case and what should I do if my school level was low?

3. Is there any hope of getting a job and staying in America after graduation?
