We live controlled and manipulated as children. Taught to perceive mindless exams as indicators of our intelligence. They are a test of our mental strength and our capabilities in memorisation. We are compelled to achieve for high grades; because high grades mean high self esteem. We are taught from young ages to trust and to follow, to maximise the results of exams that are mostly incapable of providing any real analytical worthy questions. There’s no room for opinions or a challenging argument, because what you’re taught is what you must believe.
