I'm in Southern California and I've heard many stories about how lunch programs are over regulated, food isn't so good, too expensive, throwing out food (which is probably the worst part), etc.
Is this happening all over the USA? The world? I'm curious. Junk food is one thing but bad, government sponsored food.
