Do you need a college degree to be considered educated?

Big companies are no longer requiring college degrees for employment. They are more concerned with potential employees having skills than they are with them having degrees. The good news is knowledge and education can be free online. I am trying to share knowledge to help those without a chance at college obtain powerful skills they can use in the workplace. My main platform is my YouTube Channel. I currently am sharing Python programming tutorials.
