Mod Announcement - User Flair Disabled

I've disabled flair for the following reasons:

1. It was being abused by spammers.
2. Some users were using flair to falsely claim credibility or expertise about a subject, which Mods cannot validate or verify.
3. Some users were creating inappropriate or offensive flair.
4. I question the relevancy or need for flair in this subreddit given the problems above. Many subreddits do not allow user-selected flair for these same reasons.
