Need advice on how to obtain copy of diploma

Hi. Sorry if this isn't allowed, I don't really know where else to post this.

I graduated high school (2016) from an alternative high school called Lifeskills in Ohio, shortly before they shut down that campus. I was told my diploma was being processed but I might've missed the call or something regarding that, I don't know. So I didn't obtain it the day I graduated. And I still haven't. So now I need to get a copy. I've tried calling other campuses for months to no avail. No one will answer the phone. I have my transcript and a document that acts as a diploma until my official one was processed, but I'm not sure if that would be any good. I don't know what my options are.
