I need advice

I am a 19 YO, graduated high-school class of 2019, and now am nearing the end of my gap year, and i'm wondering what my best course of action is.

I am looking to become a screenwriter, i have a few ideas in mind but i'm trying to find a good school to go to, that'd take a fresh from highschool loser like me, with no inherit experience or talent, and well, i assume you can figure out what i'm going for

so my question is, What should my first move be when deciding where/if to go to school, and what should my course of action be when planning how i'd go about attending school?
