Is education in Reims/Le Havre Sciences Po campuses good?

I’m going to apply for bachelor in social sciences at this university, Sciences Po is top-ranked university with good academic reputation but I’m not sure that it has high positions thanks to campuses in Reims or Le Havre. Is the difference between Paris campus and others big and is it worth to choose Reims/Le Havre for getting bachelor?
