Is there any way to keep learning at a higher ed level free or reduced cost for someone learning out of leisure?

I am interested in continuing pursuing other masters/bachelor's degrees part time out of leisure in the near future. I am not interested in joining the military. I make decent money but I would like to try and avoid paying completely out of pocket, if possible. Does anyone have any ideas?
