Algebra 1 Staar Eoc, 62 questions, how many 'correct' answers needed to pass?

Up until now I assumed the Staar tests were like normal tests but bigger in questions. Meaning, you would need 70% accuracy or higher to have a "passing" grade. Because of this I usually scored high on these things, like about 80+.

But people are now telling me that to pass Staar, you need to score as little as 25%? There is one website that says you need from a 25% to a 35%. Because there is no finalized score, and they are using 'from', I'm going to assume the requirements change each year...?

That being said, what is the exact number of questions needed to pass this test? Specifically the test from this year (that I just took). I can guarantee with 100% no doubt in my mind that I got at least 15 questions right. Since they were super easy and mainly based on examples done in class. Had a calculator and it was just that obvious. The reason I'm nervous about whether i passed or failed this year, is because I guessed on 13 questions. Literally had no idea how to do them and just bubbled in random things. That could possibly drag my score down a lot.

Thanks in advance!
