Will it be nearly impossible to get in an engineering grad school program?

Ten years ago, I got a marketing degree with a 2.3 gpa. I was working full time and trying to balance a relationship and some other problems, so that's why my Gpa ended up being so low. I am thinking of trying to get a masters in an engineering field, probably mechanical or electrical. Will it be almost impossible because of my gpa? If I score high enough on the GRE or GMAT, will I be able to get in?
