My wife was offered school psych positions at a public charter school and a traditional public school. NEED HELP!

We are having a very difficult time deciding and I'm hoping you all can give us guidance on what to choose. Could someone give me some pros and cons to think about when choosing between a public charter school and a traditional public school?
