My older brother recently encouraged me to read The Graduate Survival Guide: 5 Mistakes You Can’t Afford To Make In College, and I safely assured him after reading it that I was already doing what the book said. It always feels good to know you’re doing all you can already. However, I did have one problem with the book. The book says student loans should be avoided all together, but it gave very few ways of paying for school that seemed viable.
