Will I need to do a foundation year if I achieve an A level in that subject?

I have two separate offers at the same university for a degree in Business. One is DDD and this involves a foundation year however my firm choice is BCC. If I managed to get CCC with one of the C's being in A Level Business would the university still make me do the foundation year or could this be reconsidered?
