Any LAUSD Office Technicians around to help with a few questions about applying for the position (post-exam)

Hello everyone! I just recently applied for an Office Technician job with LAUSD and I just finished the exam as well. For those working with LAUSD as an Office Tech or is in the district in general i'm dying to know how long did you have to wait to receive an e-mail or some sort of update on your application/exam? I was told that I would get an e-mail with my updated exam scores and ranking but it's been weeks with no avail and I also noticed a new job offer for the same exact position (number and everything) over at Indeed which I thought was pretty weird... is that normal? Like would that mean there weren't that many applicants and i'd have to wait until they take the exam and get ranked with them? I just thought it was strange because they closed the application deadline a month ago but now it's open again...
