We can keep this broad for the expansion of ideas and discussion but I'm leaning more towards how can we connect students to those outside of our classroom walls vs. connecting students to their peers within their own classroom community and school. But please feel free to share how you build a positive classroom culture and community within your own class/school because this could spark new ideas on how to connect students globally and share positive interactions.
Do you use technology to connect your students to their own community outside of school, nation or even globally? How do you connect learning that happens in school to outside of school by using tech? I'd love to hear how you maybe took a pen pals idea and turn it into digital pals where students can show learning through video and have real conversations.
