Hi fellow educators! Has anyone here started the year as a long term sub and the teacher decided not to come back. Were you offered a contract? I'm in a pickle with my current situation. I accepted a long term position for a maternity leave. She has informed me she's not coming back at all. During the summer she has had some complications with her pregnancy. Her goal is only to come for the first two weeks. The problem is admin doesn't know this yet, and I'm unsure if she comes at all that I will be able to get a contract. Any advice???
