I'm a returning student (on the 25 year bachelor plan). I'm a handful of classes away from an AS at my local community college (48 CH @ 3.08 GPA). I intend to transfer to a four year for a BS. I have twenty years in IT and have reached a soft ceiling without having the framed paperwork on the wall. Would I see much benefit from finishing the AS locally then doing the BS, or would enrolling straight to the BS accellerated program (Colorado State Uni or Penn State Global Online for example) be the best option? Cost is not a high concern as my employer has up to $5500 a year for tuition reimbursement. Thank you!
