Haim Ginott 1972 "Teacher and Child" quote - what's the page number?

Hello, I am doing a piece of work and am using the famous quote by Haim Ginott from the book Teacher and Child, 1972.

"I am the decisive element in the classroom. It's my personal approach that creates the climate... As a teacher, I possess a tremendous power to make a child's life miserable or joyous"

Unfortunately I don't have access to this book, I have only found reference to the quote and would like to include in my work. However, in order to reference it properly I am required to write down the page number of the quote. Would anybody be able to help me out and tell me what page the quote is on please?
