Concepts for the reconstruction of the subject matter and content taught in public schools for more of a top to bottom approach.

Within or sometime before high school would it be a good idea to have the set of subject that are more general and transferable to form the "top" portion of subject matter that will be taught though out the student's education.

Subjects like; english, mathimatics, logic & critical thinking, linguistics, problem solving and studying skills.

Then let the other tarditionally taught subjects in schools take the "bottom" portion as in further down the line of he/she education where they will start to learn more specific subject matter and skills; social studies, history, science, geography est.
