Question: Can my teacher keep me from learning by sending me to the library to complete unfinished homework?

So my history teacher assigned homework for a review for a test. I do not do it and when the time came when she was checking them, she sent me to the library to finish it. While all the other students are doing a Kahoot with questions that will be on the test. I don’t know if I’m in the wrong or she is. What do you think?
