The decline of the public education system and America as a whole, after desegregation was causedn. By the subsequent white flight from said system, and the systematic deconstruction by the racists in power.
The only solution is to mandate by constitutional decree a national commitment to educating every child in America, to a standard measured within the top 3 of the world.
If we are to be that shining city upon yon' hill. Then our nation must be filled with a people, that can build that city!
