What are my options for obtaining a university degree?

Hi!

I'm a little lost in the amount of information, so I'm hoping someone here could help me with an advise or explanation.

I'm in my 30s. I finished high-school and tried 2-3 different studies and never finished it because my career developed in a way that I decided to give up Uni to focus on work. Years passed by but still a degree wasn't necessary as my career advanced, so I never came back to University. Recently I started craving an academic knowledge around business and management or economics, and thought maybe I should finally get a degree. The problem is that I don't have time to attend classes daily and I'm also traveling a lot for business, so I'm wondering if there are any legit studies I could do, to get a degree. I looked at OpenUniversity but I cannot wrap my head around all of these courses, short courses, level 1,2,3 etc. Does anyone have an experience with it and could advise me where should I look for a courses to get a legit degree?
