Where to recruit educators for an international company?

Hello all! I am currently working for an education company that is recruiting new staff from a variety of disciplines. Where are some of the best places (websites, events, universities, etc.) to recruit new hires? This is an international company, so being bilingual is an added bonus.

We are also busy updating our careers website and are looking for some feedback on what makes an organization an ideal place to work. If you were looking for an education job, what qualities would most entice you? What education organizations do you admire or do you think have effective recruitment websites?

This is specifically a special education company and I have already posted in r/specialed, but I'm hoping to get a variety of perspectives.
