Hiring a part-time freelance Articulate Storyline developer

Hey folks, we're looking to hire a part-time freelance Articulate Storyline 360 developer to modify, enhance and possibly re-architect some existing curriculum content. The content is exported into SCORM packages and hosted within an LMS. We're looking to possibly eliminate the LMS and integrate the SCORM packages within our web app product itself, so someone that can also write JavaScript and is familiar with the APIs/standards is ideal.
