Education psycology and theory book for the non-teacher

Hello,

I'm a CS student with an "Ed-Tech" start-up idea, and I'd like to know more about the psychology of learning. (memory, willpower, how we learn, creativity and anything that might be important to create a tool that helps people study)

Do you have any recommend books about education for the non-teacher? (Classroom information is not relevant)
