Gender bias in primary grade classrooms

Hi friends,

I am a teacher in third grade and just began a masters program in elementary ed and was wondering if anyone here might be able to offer me some links, resources, articles, or books that could help me in my exploration of how gender bias in the primary (pre-K-5) classroom affects student learning in primary grades. This is something that I feel really affects my class and I wanted to talk about it.

I am writing a research paper (haven’t done this in a long time) and I haven’t narrowed down my thesis, so I am open to suggestions and would love feedback. Please help if you think of something, I would be so grateful. I feel like seasoned teachers might have resources they enjoy using more than others. I really am having difficulty putting resources together and want to understand this better for my students.
