Should I go to the same college or go to a different one and start over?

I started going to this community college about seven years ago after I got out of high school. I didn't know what I wanted to do and kept changing my program. At the time I didn't care about my grades and getting a C in my classes was good enough for me. I also withdrew/dropped out of a lot of courses or just quit doing them and failed them. I repeated some of the classes and received mostly A's in them.

I think I finally know what I want to do. However what I want to do usually requires a bachelor degree which means I would have to transfer to University.

It would just be easier for me to stay at the same school but I don't think a University would accept me because of my grades at the community college. I just feel like starting over at a different community college but I'm not sure. What do you suggest?
