Which Uni is right for me?

I have a few questions about how i should further my education.

I'm planning to get a degree in business and management or Business administration preferably online and in the uk.

A few of the options i found was the University of London with their BA in Business Admin and their Bsc in Business and Management.

Another option is the open university.

I would like to know some insight in how you learn at these online universities.

I'm 19 years old and I've got 2 A-Levels and 3 intermediates.

I've had 2 jobs, one in sales and one in customer support at a major online company in my area.

I've shown that i can study online with the growth marketing minidegree from CXL.

My questions are:

-Are they worth the money? - How much harder is it than normal university - How do hiring managers view the degrees from UOL and OU? - Can they be done full time with a full time job?

Any insights would be great and i thank everyone in advance for them.
