A School Sytem I thought of

The system is divided into 2 parts.

1: this is where 30-35 Students take lessone from a Teacher. They learn different Subjects from different teachers in a span of 3 hours. This is all that the teachers have to do.

2: 5-10 Students of the same students will go to their own classroom were no Teachers are involved after the first part. They learn subjects that require memorization like some Biology and History, they also continue on what the Teachers weren't able to teach. If a Student doesn't get something, another student who does can try to teach them

The idea is that students can be themselves in front of other students at the same age. They can joke about stuff and do stuff they don't normally do when teachers are around. They also get better at teaching stuff to others and getting the point across. The problem is that Students can slack off when Teachers aren't around. but that's why I'm posting this here. I want to see your opinion on this system and how you can improve it. I know it's heavily flawed.
