Are there any complete filmed lectures of high school or college humanity courses going back to the 40's, 50's 60's?

I'm trying to find old footage of complete lecture from high school or college from this era. I'm curious what made individuals from this time period as articulate as they were and why, we seem to struggle with articulation now. I can't even articulate what I want to say lol. But I assue you I'm being quite serious.
