Can the graduate of an obscure University become a postgraduate for Oxbridge?

I am an English Lit. and Creative Writing student. It happened to get rejected by Sheffield, and I applied too late to Manchester to get accepted. I was forced to accept an offer from an obscure, very low-ranking University in the Northern part of England. Of course, this had sent me into a downward spiral, which made me neglect my studies in the first year. I am pumped to strive and work for better, but I am uncertain about the odds of me becoming part of the Oxbridge elite in the future, if I manage to meet the requirements.

Are there any chances, or do I need to do exceptional things to ever dare to dream of going there?
