Good Maths higher education in Europe?

Hi.

I'm a Romanian student who decided to pursue Mathematics after finishing up with high school (which I will in June). I'm actually quite confused since I can't find many good resources online.

Can anyone guide me? I'm looking for a good European college where I can study Maths, preferably scholarship opportunities where the cost is low. Where can I look for such colleges myself?

I'm quite inexperienced at looking for colleges for my higher education so any help will do.
