How do you tell someone about lead in the water?

In theory districts should be telling the staff and families about the lead in the water annually because of turn over. What if the district just forgot?

If you barley know a new co worker what is the polite way to say that the leader in their class drinking fountain is 3 times the limit with out sounding odd?
