Should I file a complaint against my high school math teacher?

I like math, which only makes it more grievous for me that my high school math teacher is completely inadequate. Not because he can't teach or because he is lazy, but because he doesn't know math. If I got a penny for every time he made a mistake when solving example problems, I would be a millionaire. Even the answer keys for the homeworks have mistakes in them. This is really annoying because this makes me unable to even trust what he says. He teaches AP calc bc and it's his first time teaching it, but I'm still not gonna cut him some slack. As a teacher, it's his responsibility to know his subject at the very least. Honestly, even though he is bad the school probably won't do anything because the test scores will probably still be high since most in my class are math nerds and they'll just self-study. As the question asks, should I file a complaint? and if you could what is the most effective way to write a good complaint letter.
