So, last year (around September) I received a substitute teacher call, however, she wouldn't tell me who I was going to fill in for a month. I found out by other teachers it was for the ONLY special education aide that the district had. The problem is I'm not qualified to do that job, and I told her that I am not comfortable doing that job and she would have to find someone else. Since then, she has been ignoring any of my texts, and I havent been receiving calls anymore. Should I go to the principal? Or someone else within admin?
