Good morning! The question regards the ethics standards

Is it okay to ask university staff for the opportunities of pursuing the higher degree in another university or country. I am worried that I might offend them, but I really need to know the information regarding the opportunities after the bachelor. I am by the way not local and also acquired the full tution exemption
