Burnt out..

Hey there. Im on my first year of university. Until now I felt really strong in math and physics. It took only one month in university to feel dumb as a trash can. Right now my first test in physics is coming. On the very first lecture of physcis I had to know stuff I had never learned before. Integrating, Derivatives and so on. The pace of lecturers is insane, I barely can keep up with that, and only manage to write down what they have said to later study by myself at home. Theres tons of homework if you want to keep up. Right now I was trying to re-read everything we were studying at physics with hope ill get a reasonable mark in the first test.. I cannot manage to go 24/7 studying just to keep up. And right now im just tired every day from this amount of studying. Any advice?
