Degree Centered on Leadership, Public Speaking, and Analysis

I was wondering if there is any sort of undergraduate degree program which essentially prepares students to be well rounded leaders. Although this may seem vague, and that a program like this would seem very general, I feel like it could work and something like it may actually exist.

I have only come across graduate programs in business that seem to focus on leadership. I feel that the application of such a program would be limited to business, whereas a leadership-type program I have in mind could extend to applications in government, pubic service, etc.
