How critical is SEI endorsement to Teaching job hunt in SE Massachusetts?

Hello! I'm in the process of applying for teaching jobs in Massachusetts, and I am wondering if any of you had any feedback as to how critical an SEI Endorsement will be to my job hunt?

By way of background info, I am an English teacher with 6 years experience in secondary classrooms, have a valid Level I License from Utah, an initial license in AK that will become a Level I license in about 6 weeks, and I'm looking for secondary teaching jobs in SE Massachusetts.

Any feedback would be much appreciated!
