Music Masters Degree in English-Speaking Countries than only requires "Second Honours Lower"?

Hi I have a GPA of 2.75 (Full Score is 4.0), I have 1.5 more years to raise my overall score, yet I don't think I can reach 3.0, but I really really wanna study abroad (prefrred UK / US) and broaden my horizon starting from Sep 2018

I am practicing two pieces of LTCL level in violin, should be ready by Sep 2017 (as usually they need applicants to send videos)

I'm so worried and I need your suggestions Thxxx
