Landed my first teaching job!

So I just got my first teaching job!! However, the process was pretty last minute. Frankly I didn't count on getting the job and I have not had time to lesson plan very much! I was hoping you guys could give me some tips on lesson planning for the upcoming school year as a first time teacher. I'll be teaching 10th grade English by the way. I've been reviewing the common core standards.

I'm banking on having to lesson plan week to week. But if anyone has any strategies on how to get more planning done in a short amount of time let me know!
