There is nothing fucking fun about college, trust me on that. And it’s not even a guarantee of any returns in future.
But I miss high school. Playing tennis for at least an hour each day, KNOWING there would be people around, having friends, going to choir and living life with emotions for that one hour each week.
That inherent sense of camaraderie and fun was worth all of the academic and bureaucratic bullshit, to me.
