Hey people,
aim currently enrolled in a career and about to finish it in the next few months. I realised that I will not be likely to be working in my field however I will finish the studies as the bachelor is only a thesis away. In the moment this make me regale struggle and aim thinking about taking a new career and graduating a second time. Now in the place where I live there are not huge costs of studying so this is not the problem, and iam used to have a part-time job to pay for rent and food. Again money is not the problem.
What I worry about is that I will somehow be to old or be viewed as someone who can't make a clear decision. I have choosen my first career with pretty clear expectations but the more I learned the less I can imagine working in this field (which is business management by the way). So I thought a second bachelor would give me another chance to start over. I think all the skills I gained during the last years will still help me anyway in life.
Iam 22 now and would probably start a new career this year or the next. So I would graduate as a 26-27 years old. Is this too old for getting a god job in a related field? Or does anyone has personal experience regarding taking a second bachelor? I think because its not the usual way society wants you to go a lot of people oppose the idea...
Iam happy to hear your thoughts on this.
