DMV written test issues/son with learning disability

Location: WI

Help! Twice he has failed, but was only off by 7–10 questions. I had him download the dmv app as well as practice on this website. https://m.driving-tests.org/wisconsin/. He has also read the 80+ page dmv online ebook.

Anything else that I can do to help him? He has a slight learning disability when he reads and tries to comprehend what he has just read so I feel horrible and just want to help.

Can the dmv help him in any other way since he has a learning disability that his school can write a formal letter about so that we can show it to the dmv?
