How to harmonize adverse cultures by mixing the education system

5% to 10% of the American education should be designed by the Russian or Chinese, and inversely the Americans could educate the Chinese in some slight proportion.

This would harmonize the worldviews, and reduce conflicts. It's a pretty simple idea, but I think it would make a profound change.
