Need guidance. I'm younger than 15. Have IGCSE O. Schools does not accept. What should I do? Looking for full scholarship as international student. No GED yet (age)

Hi everyone. I'm an international student from Myanmar, who is going to be 15 this July.

I'm super smart for my age, to say the least. For that reason, I am getting denied even just for application due to either GED requirement or age limit. I could also not get GED (and SAT for US) for the same reason. I believe IGCSE O Level that I finished last year is a good equivalent. Next I know I can take A Level but the entire thing is confusing me and I'm honestly lost. What I want is to continue my education in the US or European countries with full scholarship.

I know there are people smarter than me that are attending universities at ages of 12, 13 etc. I come here for your advice on what I should do. There must be a way right?
