I am going to be a first year teacher in NJ (elem gen & spec ed). I had my first interview with my second district today over the phone with the school principal’s intern- a current teacher in the school who is interning to get her EdD in ed leadership. A few hours later, I got an email requesting I sign up for a second interview time slot for this Friday with the principal, the principal’s intern, and the curriculum supervisor. My question is... what does a second round interview entail? I am new to the teaching interview game and have only had 2 first interviews so far. Any experience with this? Insight is much appreciated!
