Is This Unfair? (Hybrid Model, University) COVID-19

Hi,

I'm a student going into my last year, but I have empathy for my professors, and my university is using a hybrid model:

Mondays & Tuesdays are for students with last names A-M, and Wednesdays & Thursdays are for students with last names N-Z, and Fridays are online for both. (Two groups alternate meeting in-person and online, and then Friday is online for all, basically.)

a) Students can choose to be 100% remote, but I have opinions about this I will leave out for now for conciseness. (It's related to the contradictions or certain "social pressures" that may exist with their hybrid model--I am in favor of remote learning for our current situation in order to prevent increased rates of infection.)

b) Small classes and studios or labs may be in-person. Classes that meet just once a week can meet in person.

The part that seems off to me is that professors would be going to campus four days a week and students under the hybrid model would be going to campus twice a week (assuming the students and professors have a schedule that includes MWF and TR classes when I say that).

Just wanted to hear from others about this... What do you all think?

(Another thing that I think seems unfair is what if a professor wants to go remote? They don't have that option but are stuck with the hybrid model?)
